Big Ideas: What If....

  • What if Downtown became a twenty four-hour, seven-day a week urban center?
  • What if Downtown became a full service entertainment, tourism and cultural center for the Region?
  • What if twenty-first century educational and technological innovation and excellence was a distinct element of the new Downtown?
  • What if Downtown was a place where walking was a pleasure, transit was convenient and available, and roadways did not become barriers to the river and other attractions?
