Forms Required for Purchase of Property

Completed 'Plans for the Property' and 'Credit Information' forms, provided by SLDC, are required and may be mailed or faxed to you prior to your appointment. Or you may download them from this site.

Please arrive early if you're planning on completing these forms at the SLDC offices, before your appointment.

All offers are evaluated by staff and must be approved by the LRA Commission.
