The Real Estate Department of the St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) documents, manages, maintains, markets and sells agency-owned vacant and abandoned buildings and property.
Agency properties are acquired in the name of the Land Reutilization Authority (LRA), the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority (LCRA), and the Planned Industrial Expansion Authority (PIEA). The St. Louis Development Corporation does not acquire property in its name.

Gatewood Gardens Cemetery - The Land Reutilization Authority (LRA) is the owner of Gatewood Gardens Cemetery. It acquired the property through tax foreclosure sale.
Property Donation - You may donate your property to the Land Reutilization Authority (LRA) of the City of St. Louis.
