2921 Michigan

Tower Grove East Neighborhood is conveniently located near the South Grand shopping area and adjacent to Tower Grove Park, with many recreational opportunities. Close to the St. Louis University Hospitals, Tower Grove East has one of the most active neighborhood associations in the area, regularly participating in such events as Fair St. Louis and home of two beautiful community gardens. The City of St. Louis' Community Development Administration has worked with 9th Ward Alderman Ken Ortmann, neighborhood residents, DeSales Housing Corporation, and private developers to plan future development and has already completed over $ 3.2 Million reinvestment in this part of the Tower Grove East neighborhood.
