The final two of twelve townhomes located at 5920 and 5922 Nina Place are currently under construction and available for purchase. Joining forces with the historic neighborhood, Homer award-winning Town & Country Homes has answered the call for new construction in the city with classic design and modern amenities. Each home, starting at $201,400, will be open today (Sunday) from noon to 3 p.m.

Each of the available homes feature three bedrooms, wood-burning fireplaces, bay windows, 2.5 baths, deck, fenced yard, and a two-car detached garage. How to get there: From Interstate 64/Highway 40; exit north on Skinker to Forest Park Expressway, turn east and continue to Des Peres Avenue, turn north and continue to Kingsbury Avenue, turn east and proceed to Nina Place.
