Final Design Concept (December 9, 1999)

On Thursday December 9, 1999, the consultants presented their final design concept for the Washington Loft District Streetscape. The presentation was made in an "Open House" format where, for one evening, participants could see, feel, and touch a redesigned Washington Avenue.
