in the Transition Process Beginning at age 14, students
with disabilities have the right to have a transition plan as part of the
Individual Education Plan (IEP) This plan should be based
on needs and interests, and may include: Instruction that will
prepare the student for work and living in the community, Job experiences, Community experiences, Instruction in daily
living skills, Planning for career,
employment, training, college, recreation, transportation, living
