Article I - Name and Boundaries

A. Name:
The name of the united organization is the Forest Park Southeast Neighborhood Association and Community Council.

B. Boundaries:
The boundaries of the organization are Highway 40 on the North, the railroad tracks immediately south of Hunt Avenue on the South, the west side of Vandeventer on the East and the east side of Kingshighway on the West.
