Article VII - Committees

A. Executive Committee.
The Administrative Team shall serve as the Council's Executive Committee.

The Executive Committee shall meet at a regular date, time and place whenever possible. All meetings of the Executive Committee shall be open to the public but no advance notice or agenda is required for the Executive Committee's meetings other than advance telephone notice to the members of the Committee.

B. Standing Committees.
The Council shall form a Membership, Outreach and Communication Committee and may establish any other standing committees as it sees fit.

Each standing committee shall be composed of at least four Council members. As a general practice, each standing committee shall meet at a regular date, time and place whenever possible. All committee meetings shall be open to the public.

Resource Advisors and Association members who are not members of the Council are encouraged to join and to actively participate in the meetings and other activities of the standing committees.

C. Special Purpose Committees.
The Council may form special committees from time to time to address specific issues or concerns.

Each special purpose committee shall be composed of at least four Council members. As a general practice, each special committee shall meet at a regular date, time and place whenever possible. All committee meetings shall be open to the public.

Resource Advisors and Association members who are not members of the Council are encouraged to join and to actively participate in the meetings and other activities of the special purpose committees.
