Article X - Legal status of association and council

A. Association.
The Association shall be a voluntary unincorporated association.

B. Community Council.
The Community Council shall be the governing body of the Association.

C. Governing Law.
The Association and the Community Council are created under and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
