- A. Term.
- The Association and the Community Council created by this
constitution shall exist for a period of 12 consecutive months beginning
on the date of the first meeting of the Community Council. The
provisions of this constitution shall expire at the end of one year from
the date of the constitution's adoption.
- B. Renewal.
- The Community Council shall determine a fair and orderly
procedure for the Forest Park Southeast Neighborhood to renew this
constitution (with or without changes) or to adopt some other method of
organizing and making decisions for the Neighborhood.
EFFECTIVE DATE
THIS CONSTITUTION WAS ACCEPTED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY
MEMBERS OF THE
FOREST PARK SOUTHEAST COMMUNITY ON [April 27] ,
1999. IT SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE ON THE DATE OF THE FIRST REGULAR
OFFICIAL MEETING OF THE FOREST PARK SOUTHEAST COMMUNITY COUNCIL,
WHICH
IS SCHEDULED TO BE HELD ON [May 25] , 1999.
