1. final discussion and approval or not of the Revitalization Plan drafted by Urban Design Associates (completion by the September meeting):

   review of already submitted comments (enclosed with this notice) and submission of all additional comments no later than the September meeting, with encouragement of submission in time for circulation with the agenda for the next meeting; and

   holding of a special meeting before the September meeting if it appears that association members want further information or additional opportunity to state their positions.

2. final discussion and approval or not of the Human Services Plan (completion by the October meeting):

   Presentation of the plan to the Council by the committee and the organizations that prepared the plan at the regular September meeting and any additional special meeting before the October meeting.

3. Outline of the possible relationships between the Community Council and the Forest Park Housing Corporation - by Bob and Housing Corporation Board members.
   Initiate Committee work  30 minutes
   With the pressing needs for action on neighborhood security, improvement of Manchester, and plans for a site-managed quality school and community center, committee work needs to be underway -
