Review of August draft minutes (enclosed). General question: should the minutes be shorter?
 
Budget submissiion to ARCHS
The beginnig point for a budget will be: funds to reimburse LCOC for the use of its space; funding for child care during meeting times; and funding for block directories and news.
 
Contiunuing discussion:
affordable housing for low-income families
  • What specific response should the Council make to the nomination of part of the neighborhood as a historic district?
  • Additional question: Is it necessary to add to the FPSE Draft Plan to expressly protect the low-income families of FPSE? (The 1990 census showed that more than half the neighborhood families had an annual income of less than $15,000.)

Should we limit the number of meetings or the topics at meetings?
