The beginnig point for a budget will be: funds to reimburse LCOC for
the use of its space; funding for child care during meeting times; and
funding for block directories and news.

- What specific response should the Council make to the
nomination of part of the neighborhood as a historic district?

Additional question: Is it necessary to add to the FPSE Draft
Plan to expressly protect the low-income families of FPSE? (The
1990 census showed that more than half the neighborhood families had
an annual income of less than $15,000.)
