The Gibson Heights Neighborhood Association is working on restoring access to Forest Park via Clayton and preserving the footbridge when Highway 40 is reconstructed. Should the Council join in supporting the effort?

Rachel Smith, the Assistnat Circuit Attorney directing this program (formely known as Community Prosecution), will return for your comments on what you see as issues for the neighborhood, including police presence, drug activity, attention to our youth, ....
