Four Homes Completed on 4200 Block of Norfolk Avenue

After two years of planning and development, The long anticipated new homes on the 4200 block of Norfolk have been completed. Four new families will move into the FPSE neighborhood to take up residence.

The project consists of three new construction single family "historic replica" homes and one single-family rehab. All four homes were pre-sold to persons who meet the HUD guidelines for income eligibility. The homes feature three bedrooms, one and a half baths, living room, dining room, fencing and many modern amenities.

The completion of these homes serves as an important benchmark in continuing community revitalization efforts that will eventually lead to the development of at least fifty additional owner-occupied units in the neighborhood. The addition of the four new families to the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood will add to the richly diverse mix of residents of this growing city neighborhood. Let's join together to welcome our new neighbors!
