Each spring the City of St. Louis is asked to prepare a report that describes accomplishments made possible during the previous year with help from four federal programs that are provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and and Urban Development (HUD): the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership, Emergency Shelter Grant and Housing Opportunity for People with Aids.

That report, the Annual Performance and Evaluation Report for the St. Louis Consolidated Plan is available as a PDF file and must be viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
