The report will be submitted to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development at the end of April. A hard copy of the draft may also be reviewed at the main City Library (the St. Louis Reference Desk) and each branch library, or at the St. Louis Community Development Agency, 1015 Locust St., St. Louis, MO 63101; 622-3400.
