City of St. Louis 1999 Annual Performance and Evaluation Report
The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report is prepared each spring in order to document progress during the previous year in fulfillment of the City's Consolidated Strategic Plan. We welcome comments from all individuals and organizations.

The 1999 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report is available as a PDF file and must be viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. It is best viewed using Acrobat Reader 3.01 or higher. The report was submitted to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development at the end of April. A hard copy of the document may also be reviewed at the main City Library (the St. Louis Reference Desk) and each branch library, or at the St. Louis Community Development Agency, 1015 Locust St., St. Louis, MO 63101; 622-3400.
