Action Plan 2005 GraphicThis document serves to present the City of St. Louis' proposed Year 2005 Action Plan for four entitlement programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA). This documents describes recommended funding levels to address housing, social service, economic development, planning and administration needs. We welcome comments from all individuals and organizations on the proposed plan which is currently in draft form.

The report was submitted to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development at the end of October 2004. A hard copy of the draft may also be reviewed at the main City Library (the St. Louis Reference Desk) and each branch library, or at the St. Louis Community Development Administration, 1015 Locust St., St. Louis, MO 63101; 622-3400.
