2008 Annual Action Plan

This document serves to present the City of St. Louis' proposed Year 2008 Action Plan for four entitlement programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA). This documents describes recommended funding levels to address housing, social service, economic development, planning and administration needs. We welcome comments from all individuals and organizations on the Annual Action Plan.
