City of St. Louis 2000 Annual Action Plan
January 1, 2000 - December 31, 2000

This document serves to present the City of St. Louis' proposed Year 2000 Action Plan for four entitlement programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA). This documents describes recommended funding levels to address housing, social service, economic development, planning and administration needs. We welcome comments from all individuals and organizations on the proposed plan which is currently in draft form.

The Proposed Year 2000 Action Plan is available as a PDF file and must be viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. It is best viewed using Acrobat Reader 3.01 or higher. To learn more about PDF files and to obtain a free copy of the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, click the icon at the left.

The report will be submitted to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development at the end of October. A hard copy of the draft may also be reviewed at the main City Library (the St. Louis Reference Desk) and each branch library, or at the St. Louis Community Development Administration, 1015 Locust St., St. Louis, MO 63101; 622-3400.
