In accordance with the City's approved Citizen Participation Plan, public comments are being sought regarding possible allocations of funding for the above referenced grant programs. Currently, the St. Louis Community Development Agency has recommended broad categorical funding allocations. Specific project funding will involve citizen input from this process, and Aldermanic hearings. All comments and suggestions received by the public and others will be taken into consideration in the formulation of the 1997 Annual Consolidated Plan Budget.
