The Deer Lake area contains 28 acres and is bordered by Grand Drive on the north and east, Theater Drive on the south and Pagoda Circle on the west.

Construction work included:

• Grading work for the linear connected waterway system.

• Construction of riffles.

• Construction of landscape stone bridges.

• Rebuild Grand Drive.

• Upgrade utilities, electric, lighting, etc.

• Exterior renovation of Old Stable Bridge.

• Construct new drop structure in the waterway to control flood water levels.
