The Lindell and Debaliviere intersection has been realigned. The addition of decorative street lights and new traffic signals and sidewalks has modified the appearance of the intersection in front of the Jefferson Memorial History Museum.

Landscaping included grass, Buffalo Grass and Black-Eyed Susans were planted in the median. Trees were planted along Debaliviere.
