Twin Lots centered between Missouri History Museum, Lindell Pavilion, The Muny and the Dwight Davis Tennis Center has decorative lights identical to those used in Pagoda Circle and around the Missouri History Museum. Pedestrian scale lights line the walkway connecting the History Museum to Twin Lots.

Construction work included:
