The City of St. Louis, the state of Missouri and local non-profit organizations offer programs assisting low to moderate income homebuyers and homeowners who need assistance with home repairs.

Home Repair Programs

The City wants you to have a safe place to live and enjoy peace of mind about your home. The City's new "Healthy Home Repair Program" provides a mix of loans and grants for essential repairs. In return, you are asked to invest some time in learning how to care for your home and manage your finances.

Your Healthy Home Team consists of:

- St. Louis Community Development Administration
- St. Louis Building Division
- Catholic Commission on Housing
- Beyond Housing/ Neighborhood Housing Services
