A note about redistricting -- Redistricting of City wards has had a dramatic impact on Marine Villa's representation in the Board of Aldermen. You can find the new official ward maps at http://stlcin.missouri.org/alderman/ or on each alderman's webpage.

  • Alderman Kenneth Ortmann (9th Ward) now represents about 2/3rd of Marine Villa.
  • Alderman Craig Schmid (20th Ward), formerly the alderman for the entire neighborhood and still a resident, now represents parts Marine Villa and Dutchtown.
    Or
type in your address to find your alderman, polling place and other elected officials.

Barb Potts and Dena Hibbard are the Neighborhood Stabilization Officers (NSO) for the entire neighborhood.

The Marine Villa neighborhood is a diverse community with a good mix of homeowners, renters, and businesses. The architecture of our neighborhood is reflective of the rich architectural heritage found in St. Louis. Several active neighborhood and business organizations are involved in building a strong community.
