Funding to create and retain jobs in the construction industry while meeting critical needs in transportation and repairing aging infrastructure.

Employment & Training

Funding to support the essential needs of of the City's current and future workforce with job training programs and reemployment assistance.

Public Safety & Criminal Justice

Funding to address public safety needs, including but not limited to the hiring of more police officers, upgrading security facilities, aiding victims of crime and enhancing the use of technology in law enforcement.

Health

Funding for improving health care facilities, constructing research facilities and training health care professionals.

Energy & Sustainability

Funding for low-income home weatherization, energy efficiency enhancements, alternative energy research projects, superfund clean-up, and clean water and drinking-water related improvements.

Education

Funding to support important school programs, upgrade school facilities and achieve other education-related improvement goals.

Low-Income Assistance

Funding to restore or enhance vital services for the most vulnerable St. Louis residents - programs include aid for the homeless, day care subsidies, and nutritional assistance, among others.
