Walnut Park Neighborhood Infrastructure Improvements $300,000 Board of Public Service Infrastructure improvements in Walnut Park East and/or West to support recovery from high foreclosure and subprime lending impacts.
Arlington Heights/Grove Infrastructure $240,000 St. Louis Housing Authority Infrastructure improvements to support Phase I of Arlington Heights/Grove residential/commercial development-will include new curbs, sidewalks and landscaping. May include features such as new energy-efficient LED street and/or alley lighting and "rain garden"-like stormwater improvements.
Pilot Project for Sustainable Preservation and Restoration of Historic Brick Alleys $250,000 Board of Public Service Program to restore historic brick alleys instead of patching and repaving with asphalt overlay as cost-effective alternative to new "pervious" pavement for stormwater control.
Food Recovery and Neighborhood Reinvestment $38,000 Catholic Charities Creates one neighborhood produce market and trains neighborhood residents in skills necessary to operate the market or secure other employment. Expands the free after-school and summer youth programs that both teach kids how to grow food and provide tutoring in math and reading.
Laclede’s Landing Cobblestone and Streetscape $200,000 St. Louis Development Corporation Complete design and construction on one-block pilot project for renovation of cobblestone streets, the condition of which now poses a safety hazard to pedestrians, people with disabilites and vehicles and, if funds permit, adjacent right-of-way improvements.

Goodfellow Improvements $262,500 Board of Public Service Road resurfacing, signal upgrades curb and sidewalk improvements from Lillian Avenue to Halls Ferry Circle.
Aloe Plaza Lighting $180,000 Department of Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Replace lighting at fountain in historic plaza.
Seventh Street Enhancements $244,000 Board of Public Service New lighting, sidewalk reconstruction, landscaping, intersection improvements and other enhancements on South 7th Street from Cerre Street to Park Avenue.
Loughborough Bridge Widening $412,000 Board of Public Service Adds a lane to Loughborough Bridge over Union Pacific Railroad tracks to reduce congestion and provide improved access to shopping center located in low to moderate income areas.
