Good news! the Shaw Neighborhood Improvement Association Discussion List has been created for us thanks to MORENET and the assistance of the City of St. Louis Community Information Network (CIN). The list itself is an open list which means that anyone can subscribe. To send a message to an individual you need to create a new message and type in the individual's e-mail address that you want to send the message to.
