Tax Increment Financing Commission
TIF Commission oversees the establishment of TIF districts and makes recommendations to the Board of Aldermen on projects that use this form of financing.

Meetings will be held in the Board Room of the St. Louis Development Corporation, 1015 Locust Street, Suite 1200, at 8:00 a.m. on the Wednesday of the second full week of each month.
