- The Tiffany Neighborhood just received a letter of congratulations from Gregory F.X. Daly, stating that "The Tiffany neighborhood was selected as one of the best in St. Louis"

- BusinessWeek.com did a study on America's Next Hot Neighborhoods across the country and the Tiffany Neighborhodd was number 11 out of 11!
- We even beat out Tower Grove and Benton Park.
17TH Ward Holiday Party - December 10th, 2007
- Thomas Fortenberry & Darrell Grant, residents of the Tiffany neighborhood and Tiffany Neighborhood Board Members, were presented by Alderman Joe Roddy plaques and a City of St. Louis Proclamation "In recognition of outstanding service and dedication to the citizens of the Tiffany Neighborhood."
- The award was presented on December 10th, 2007 by alderman Joe Roddy on behalf of the residents and businesses of the 17th ward.
